Customization Options
We adopt 6060-T66 aluminum with 1.9 mm profile thickness for 91 series casement outward opening windows. The sash width is about 100 mm, and the width of the frame is about 91 mm.
Our collaboration with trusted brands such as Kinlong, Hoppe, Cmech, VBH,and G-U ensures the design of the window handle, which is crucial for opening and closing the window sash.
The restrictor hinge controls the opening angle of the window sash, preventing it from opening too far or closing abruptly, thus ensuring safety and proper positioning.
The hinge connects the frame and the sash, allowing the sash to open and close smoothly. That part provides support and facilitates the rotation, while also assisting in controlling the opening angle of the sash.
The anti-drop rope is to prevent the window sash from accidentally falling when opened, thereby enhancing the safety of the window. It is common to attach it to the bottom of the window sash.
